California Girl

            - Wig: A friend gave me this wig. You can find something similar here.

            - Skirt: Forever 21
            - Tulle: Jo-ann's
            - Heels: Forever 21

            - Candy Signs: Target or Dollar Tree. We cut Candy boxes and taped it randomly.
